This is where you can find a host of information about all aspects of gardening. We are a friendly group of people with a gardening interest in common. We meet on the third Thursday of March, April, May, September, October & November at 7:30 in Corfe Mullen Village Hall. We would love to see you, so why not come along and join us. Everyone is very welcome.
The Corfe Mullen Gardening Club was previously called the Corfe Mullen Horticulture Society. Over the years ideas changed and the ‘Horticulture Society’ aspect was dropped in favour of what was felt as more appropriate to a ‘Gardening Club’. What we do remains the same and the friendly atmosphere is abundant. The Club is affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society.
Our meetings are very varied with speakers giving illustrated presentations on many topics. These evening talks are very popular and our speakers are often asked to come back and share their new experiences with us. Tea and coffee is always available.
Throughout the year the Club has a number of outings where we visit various gardens and houses. Most are on a day visit but sometimes we have an overnight stay. All these outings are well supported. During the summer months we meet up socially.
Being a member of Corfe Mullen Gardening Club entitles you to discounts at a local nursery.
